Warning System

Warning System

Warning Panels:  Warning panels are located on the bridge console and in the master stateroom.

Bilge Water: Many boats have bilge pump alarms but they sometimes activate long after a correction should be made. Our system uses very sensitive water detectors in each major bilge area that are capable of detecting water incursion or fluid leaks. Units are located in the engine room, lazerette, mid hull under the master stateroom, and in the forward thruster compartment.

Engine Room Overheat:  A detector warns if the engine room temperature exceeds 140 degrees.

Engine Room Fire: An automatic fire suppression system is activated when the engine room temperature exceeds 170 degrees.

Intrusion Alarm:  This warning activates if the system is armed and any one of the three infrared sensors located in the entry areas is activated.

Propane Leak:  A detector located in the bilge forward of the washer/dryer in the master stateroom activates warnings on the bridge and in the master stateroom and shuts off the propane if a leak is sensed.

Anchor Watch:  Radar anchor watch can be programmed to annunciate on the bridge and on the master stateroom warning panels.
